Terms and Conditions of booking tours and packages.
The terms and conditions which rule over customer requests, except where indicated differently and/or agreed in the process of making a reservation effective, are listed below.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
The request for availability isn’t binding and doesn’t act as a contract neither for the Customer nor for the Company.
In case when there is availability, a summary will be sent to the Customer containing the terms for the required tour or package (date and payable amounts) to be confirmed within 48 hours. The absence of a reply within the specified time limits will void the request for the required tour or package. Your booking contract will be refined by making a down payment.

Booking confirmation by making a down payment
Your booking will be confirmed only from receipt of your down payment, 50% of the total amount, no later than two (2) days of the reservation date.

Down payment – Terms of payment
It is possible making a down payment, 50% of the total amount by choosing one of the following methods:

BALANCE – Payment Terms
Payment of the balance will be 30 days before of the beginning  of the tour.

CANCELLATION policy
If your booking cancellation occurs within 30 days from the expected tour date, the Customer will be refunded the amount paid as down payment, less the commission expenses and fee agency.

If booking cancellation by the customer occurs less than 30 days from the expected tour date, no refund will be made of the amount paid as down payment. 


Termes et conditions pour tous nos forfaits de voyage

Ci-dessous termes et conditions régissant les demandes des clients, sauf indication contraire et / ou convenu lors de la réservation réelle. 

Comment réserver:
Les demandes de disponibilité ne sont pas contraignant et ne constituent pas un contrat pour les deux parties.
Dans le cas de disponibilité réelle, sera envoyé un avis au client résumant les conditions requises pour le tour / forfait (date et montant) à confirmer dans les 48 heures. Le manque de confirmation dans les termes demandés entraînera l'annulation de la demande.

La réservation sera finalisée par le paiement d'un acompte. 

Confirmation suite au paiement
La réservation ne sera confirmée lors de la réception de l’acompte ou du solde, qui doit avoir lieu au plus tard deux jours à compter de la date de réservation.

Conditions de paiement - Acompte:

Il est possible de payer le dépôt en payant 50% du prix total du voyage.

Conditions de paiement – Solde:
Le solde doit être payé au plus tard 30 jours avant que le tour commence. 

Annulation:
Si l'annulation est faite dans les 30 jours à compter de la date du commencement du tour, le client sera remboursé du montant versé à titre d'avance, à l'exclusion des frais de commission bancaire et de coût de gestion.

En cas d'annulation moins de 30 jours à compter de la date du commencement du tour, il n'y aura pas de remboursement.

Abschluss des Reisevertrags.

Die Bedingungen, die über Kundenwünsche herrschen, sofern nicht anders angegeben und / oder vereinbart, dass die Vorbehaltsware wirksam ist, sind nachfolgend aufgeführt.

Die Anfrage der Verfügbarkeit ist nicht vertragsbindend und hat keine Auswirkung auf den Reisevertrag weder seitens des Kunden noch des Reiseveranstalters.

Sollte die Verfügbarkeit vorhanden sein, erhält der Kunde eine komplette Zusammenfassung der Buchung oder der gewünschten Leistungen, Daten und der zu zahlenden Beträge. Diese muss nach Erhalt innerhalb von 48 Std. bestätigt werden. Sollte keine Bestätigung innerhalb der vereinbarten Zeit erfolgen, wird die Buchungsanfrage hinfällig. Der Reisevertrag wird erst nach Überweisung der Anzahlung gültig.

Bestätigung der Buchung durch eine Anzahlung

Ihre Buchung wird erst nach der Überweisung einer Anzahlung in der Höhe von 50 %  des Gesamtbetrages wirksam. Diese ist innerhalb der folgenden 2 Tage nach Buchung zu überweisen.

Anzahlung und Zahlungsbedingungen

Die Zahlung bzw. die Anzahlung in Höhe von50 % des Reisepreises kann wahlweise wie folgt geleistet werden.

Frist für die Anzahlung : zwei (2) Tage

Fälligkeit der Restzahlung

Die Restzahlung muss 30 Tage vor Reiseantritt erfolgen

Stornobedingungen

Sollte die Stornierung vor dem 30. Tag des geplanten Reisebeginns erfolgen, erhält der Kunde die gesamte Anzahlung abzüglich der Provision und Agenturgebühren erstattet.

Sollte die Stornierung der Reise seitens des Kunden weniger als 30 Tage vor Anreisedatum erfolgen, wird die Anzahlung komplett einbehalten.
